Managing Director
Prof ( Dr ) Rashmi Menon (PhD. Litt) is a highly qualified and extensively experienced Educationist, Career Consultant & Trainer. She has been a visiting as well as the permanent faculty in various Universities across India & UAE. Her area of expertise encompasses English Language, Literature & Communications. Dr Menon has over 3 decades of experience in coaching students across all age groups (5 - 50), demographics and socio-economic strata (5 nations & over 15 varied nationalities). Over the past few years, she has focussed her expertise on developing highly effective proven - methodologies adherent to highest standards, from a global educational consultancy perspective, for training students in various international aptitude tests and entrance examinations like the SAT/GRE/GMAT/SAT/PSAT/ TOEFL/IELTS. With over 30years of academic background and professional experience as a Prof of Language studies and Literature from 1994 across the subcontinent from Calicut university to Malaysia, to Nigeria and in UAE from 2003, Dr Menon has worked with RTCD since 2015 and has been in overall charge of the Faculty & Coaching, Operations & Marketing, and the Recruiting & Training wings. She is extremely approachable and a popular mentor, guide and tutor among the student community, as she is passionate about helping students realize their career dreams and visions.

Mr. Saikat Sengupta made his foray into the domain of education and career consultancy in the year 2001 and has worked as a career and education expert across the globe for close to 25 years and guided 1000s of students and professionals from diverse academic and socio-economic backgrounds. After completing his engineering from one of the best Universities in India, he worked with some of the top global business entities across the world. During these years he realized that increasing globalization across the world would create a huge demand for “global” professionals and he embarked on an education consultancy mission to offer guidance to these youngsters to equip themselves with tools to compete globally. Among other notable positions, Mr Sengupta has been “Head of Career Services” at Bayt.com – the largest job site in the Middle East. He has a litany of articles, seminars and interviews to his credit, and has successfully consulted thousands of students and professionals from the region as well as the subcontinent. With his rare insight and precise foresight into the socio-economic political dynamics of the world today, Mr Sengupta’s knowledge and database have spearheaded RTCD into a major tour-de-force in the field of education, with our students in all the top universities in almost every country across the globe.

Dr Sachin, a dentist by qualification went on to acquire a cherished Master’s Degree in Public Health & Administration from the prestigious University of Pennsylvania where he realized that his passion lay in the field of education and wanted to make a mark as an educator. He has subsequently dedicated the experience he garnered from his professional background to impart first hand the UCAT medical entrance training program to our aspiring medical students. Dr Sachin is also a passionate vocabulary-enthusiast who avidly enjoys reading and brings to the board a well-rounded pedagogic approach to handle the verbal SAT, ACT, GRE, GMAT, LNAT & A.P modules, as well as he lends a unique penmanship to the writing requirements and editing segments of the process. A proud mentee turned mentor of RTCD, Dr Sachin is truly a protégé committed to the cause of higher education who lends his effortless charm and winning charisma to our panel of dedicated team-leaders. Known for his clarity, structured approach, and engaging teaching style, Sachin specializes in breaking down complex verbal reasoning concepts into approachable strategies. Whether it’s mastering critical reading or honing analytical writing skills, he is dedicated to building each student’s confidence and performance through personalized instruction and proven techniques.
